Shipping policy
Delivery
All orders received before 14h00 are posted on the same day.
Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be posted on the next working day.
When your order is packed and ready to be posted you will receive an email letting you know. This will be sent to the email address you provided with the order.
Note: the "order ready" e-mail is never sent out unless your order is complete and about to be posted.
All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided on the order.
During the check out process you can pick from a number of delivery options from tracked and signed to regular next working day amongst others.
Delivery Charges
As of 7 April 2026 based on 250g, unless otherwise stated:
- Track 24 postage and packing for UK orders is £3.95, FREE for orders over £30.00
- Standard postage and packing for orders for Europe (EU) £6.15
- Standard postage and packing for rest of the world £9.55
- International Tracked for orders from Europe (EU) £12.50
- International Tracked for orders from the rest of the world £17.55
- UK Next Day Delivery Available at £10.95
Free Postage
Free postage will automatically be applied to orders where the final order value is over £30.00.
Promotions, discounts and other pricing may affect the final order value.
Free postage applies to a Royal 1st delivery option only and is limited to local UK shipments only.
The local postage value will be deducted from the order and should be visible at checkout should the criteria be met.
Next Day Delivery
All orders received before 14h00 are posted on the same day.
Should a next day delivery be chosen then this will be with Royal Mail next day. Royal Mail will issue a tracking number for the parcel.
Orders received outside of the closing times will roll over into the next days postage.
